Cranial Sacral Massage

At the core of our bodies is the central nervous system. Surrounding our central nervous system are 21 cranial bones, 24 spinal vertebrae, spinal fluid that protects the nervous system and improves conductivity, and the connective tissue called the dural membrane that surrounds and protects all of these structures. Cranial Sacral Therapy utilizes finely honed palpation skills to feel changes and irregularities in the spinal fluid, as well as very gentle techniques to adjust the surrounding structures of the central nervous system. Cranial Sacral Therapy facilitates healing from the inside out, affecting the nervous system and allowing it to translate changes to the rest of the body. Dunno if it works, but it couldn't hurt to try...

Hi Not heard of this one but I will look into it! I had an Indian Head Massage today which I thought was really good. The massage is started at the shoulders and neck and then works over the scalp and then finally the face. I felt more relaxed than I had done in years afterwards and also not as tired than I usually am. I read up on it on the internet beforehand and most sites say its good for tension, fatigue, and anxiety among other things. I really felt a difference and will be going again next week. I definately recommend it!
