Debbi, I too am so glad to hear you are doing so well! 5 days without panic is great. nd atleast you know when to expect the panic. You ought to find a new gyn doc and tell her your problems. There is a lot they can do to regulate you hormones and prevent the panic. Keep doing well!!!

Gina, I read your other post and I prayed for you. Gina you ARE strong, you leave your house everyday and go to work and perform AND you take care of your husband daughter and home, to me that is a strong brave woman, even with panic disorder you can function. I just wonder if that pinched nerve is causing these symptoms then getting you nervous about them causing panic, I know a pinched nerve can cause pain and tingling and headaches, my Mom-in-law had one, its not fatal of course but its causing you pain! I have had a good 5 days, I did get shaky in the grocery store today, first time in 5 days, I did not panic but very high anxiety, I wanted to "bolt" out of there, somehow I rushed and got it done, you should of seen me practically racing through the store! There IS a light at the end of the tunnel Gina for us all, THis is the first time since mid-January I have gone 5 days without a panic attack, I keep waiting for one to happen, I am sure when my period is due I will have one, I am so trying my best, I am better but not 100%. Please remember what you do everyday and how you suceed, I am proud of you, I hope they can fix that pinched nerve. Remember you are strong young and healthy and will live to be 90!! God bless, Debbie.
