anxiety

Don't worry Lauren. It's just the anticipation of it all. What is the worse that can happen? You may feel anxious and panicky during the shower. You've been anxious and panicky many times before and you know that you will get through it again. Try to just get through it and if you need to, go to the bathroom and let cold water run on your hands. This seems to help me. Take some deep breaths, remind yourself that you are stronger than you think and that it's just anxiety. Know that you can do it!

Jeez, here we go. I am feeling so anxious and panicky. I have the shower today and am so afraid I won't be able to function. I feel like I am freaking out. I am nauseated, hot flashes, all that. I have no appetite but know I must eat. Why does this happen to me before a party at my home? I am prepared. I am not sure what I am even worried about.
