It is anxiety. Your body may even recognize it before your mind accepts it. We are also on high alert so every little thing that our body does we are more sensitive to the feelings. Your just anxious about a lot of things going on right now. Deep breath and realize you can do this and be just fine!

I know exactly what you are talking about. I've had the same sensations & I too, don't have anything wrong with my heart. I know how anxious it can make you to feel like your heart is "messing up." It is just the anxiety & I have found the more I focus on it, the longer it goes on. So, I try to distract myself(much harder than it sounds, just keep trying different things until you find what works for you. Hope you're doing ok.

I have been doign well for the last two weeks traveling a lot, and attending work \related conferences, i felt very confident and thought that i have made a big improvement on my recovery and that inspired me to go to my holiday to Canada later in the week. However, since yesterday, i was feeling very strange sensation i my heart, like the kind of feeling you get when you hear bad news, one big beat, and feeling like the heart is stopping, i felt this in the past and went for ECG which the Dr. says there was nothing wrong with my heart but only panic disorder is causing this, howevewr, i never felt this continous feeling, in the past i would feel one big beat and then later i would panic and it was followed by chest pain but now its contious, anyone everfelt this or any suggestions, Thanks Lil
