scaredindixie I dont live near you, but you should try calling your local AMHA (american mental health association) listed in the phone book. They might be able to hook you up. Our local newspaper lists support groups for my area in the Tuesday edition. You could call your local newspaper and see if they do something like that, usually support groups do have an ad in the papers where ever they list AA meetings and such. Hope u find one, there are none in this area where i live.

does any one live anywhere near here that would know of a support group or be willing to get together to talk in lenght about panic and anxiety? i would love to meet some local friends. i need friends right now that understand
