Xanax

20 years ago 0 12 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I take Xanax as needed (.5 mg). Xanax is a benzodiazapine, which is an anti-anxiety med like ativan. I have had wonderful results with Xanax, it stops the panic for me much faster than ativan did, which is why I switched.

I take .25mg of Xanax 4 times a day if needed. It stops the panic in its track and calms you down. It has worked wonders for me.

I have a question, I suffer from generalized anxiety and panic disorder. I am seeing a therapist right now that is putting me through exposure therapy. I am on Celexa and Ativan, yet still I get these panic attacks daily. I also see a dr phychatrist that has put me on 3 other kinds of medications such as seroquil that just made me ill. What is xanax? and do you find it works? I'm desparate, I want my life back, and it's taking forever. I've been off work now for 5 months, barely go out of the house unless it's to the dr's..panic because I have to drive there, worry about every single thing. I just hate it
