having a panic attack

Hi jessica, Take some deep breaths and try to relax. Thinking the worse case will keep the feelings going, and remember they are just feelings. It is your own thoughts that have you feeling this way. Try to focus on something else until you calm down a bit. You have been thru this many times before and you will be ok.

hi everyone. havent been here on a while because i wasnt panicing...lol. now i am. omg this feeling is so terrible. i was outside for like 5 min, then i thought something bit me on the head. now i think i have this big bump on my head. even if i do i start thinking the worst. omg i hate feeling like this. i know it probably sounds a little crazy, but this is how my panic starts. well if anyone is out there i could sure use some comforting words.
