If I am off one day and know I need to return the next day, I get panicky about going back. So much so that I do not enjoy my time off. I think that you are just worrying about going back and dreading it.You keep saying what you HAVE to do. I know that there is plenty in life that you HAVE to do but all that pressure really takes its toll. I feel like that over the holidays and stuff. Like I HAVE to show up at so in so's house. I feel that way alot actually. Like I HAVE to clean the bathroom. I HAVE to call my mother in law. I HAVE to do whatever. My therapist thinks that this HAVE to stuff is a big problem for me. Women tend to put pressure on themselves like that. I hope that you day went better. And tommorow will be fine. WHether or not you panicked all day, you still had sometime off and away from work. Feel better, you are in my prayers

Hi Gina You are going to be ok. Something you are thinking about is probably triggering these feelings. By staying tuned in to what your body is feeling, "listening in" you are watching and waiting (anxiously) for the least little thing that doesnt seem "normal". You are keeping it going by your thoughts. Now is the time to use those tools, breathing, meditation even if it is only for a minute or 2 go to a place in your head, like you said the other day you found a picture of you and wanted to be like that girl again. Well you will be there, but not the same. You will be better and stronger once you learn to cope with the anxiety and panic. Stop fighting and relax, let the feelings come they are uncomfortable yes but you will be okay. You have been thru this many times before and you are always ok. Post and let me know how you are doing

Hi Gina, Just wanted you to know I will be praying for you when you have to drive this afternoon. I will be picking my son up at the same time. I have been having about the same type of day. Try thinking positive thoughts today, tell yourself encourageing things. It will get better. God Bless Kim
