Thanks for your reply. I don't know why i think thse stupid things cos i know that it isn't anything in the cold light of day. But when it happens why is it so easy to believe something awful is happening to you!!

well i have my deal with the twitching thing also so dont panic. i too thought that my twitching was coming from a tumor or something else that was terrible. it is part of anxiety and im sure not much else. i get it the twitching in my eyes and around other parts of my face. well i hope this might have helped you. and im sure you will be ok ;)
I've got another problem!! Does anybodys face muscles witch sometimes. I don't think this is particularly a symptom of anxiety its probably just a thng, but does anyone have it cos I have once in a while and it makes me think i'm going to have a stroke or something!
