hypnotherapy

Hi Lynn I did hypnotherapy many years ago for another issue, not panic/anxiety but it did work for me. I still use self hypnosis tapes today to help me thru lifes rough spots. You didnt say you if you were in any therapy besides the meds. I can assure you that meds will help, but without working to resolve how you deal with panic and anxiety by CBT or therapy, you wont gain the tools you will need to live with anxiety and panic. There are many self help books out that can also help you learn besides the tools offered on the program at this site.
