Yesterday I was thinking of us.
I was listening to this tape in my car by Joyce Meyers. It was talking about Fighting Fear and Worry.
It said some things that really helped me through the day.
Most if not all fear is:
False Evidence Appearing Real.
Your mind, has a mind of its own! Even if in your heart things are okay, you have to control the thoughts and thinking of your mind. It loves to ramble, come up with fear, think of all the WHAT IF's and we just allow it to take over.
What is the the thing we almost always tell our children or family/friends when they come to us upset or afriad or worried? Everything is going to be okay.
We believe that for them, so we need to believe that for us!
Tell yourself over and over again, "Its alright, everything is going to be okay!!"
I bet I repeated that a dozen times yesterday!!!!
i think i am losing my mind.i am so scared and a lone.i am having thoughts of going crazy.what is wrong with me.i am shaking and i dont know what to do .its like simple things are confusing me.am i going to be ok?is my panic turning into some other serious mental condition?help!
