Maybe you have more of a generalised anxiety disorder rather than full on panic attacks.

I've been reading some of the info on the site, which has really helped with my anxiety, but i feel like i experience anxiety differently. I don't really have panic attacks like you guys are describing, with the imminent fear of death and panic, i just have the constant feeling of derealization and fuzziness. It's been pretty much 24/7 for two years, and it gets worse or better depending on what i'm going through. Does anyone else have this kind of anxiety?
