bygrace, It is best to consult your doctor at this time. If you have a symptom that persists or seems worse than you expected, you should immediately consult a doctor. Your doctor may be able to change your medication(s) if needed at this time. It is best not to increase the dosage of your medications. Reason being is that it may set you back instead of taking steps forward in understanding your anxiety/panic. Please keep us posted :). It may last just a few seconds or min. It is like when you stand up too fast and the room just sort of sways. I feel very light headed and disoriented.

Hi The last week has been really bad for me too. I don't know why. I haven't had stress like you have (moving). I've been much more dizzy too - and that scares me. Plus my muscles feel funny - really heavy & like they won't move, but they do. They get crampy & sore. I feel really out of sorts. Tell me, when you get dizzy, how long does it last for you? A couple mintues, hours, days, etc? And how does it feel? Like you will faint, fall, be sick? Is the room spinning or you feel like you are spinning? Hope you are feeling better.

Man, the last couple of days have really been bad. I am having all those dreaded symtoms (neck and chest pain, heart palpatations, dizzy feelings and stomach upset) and who of course can forget the dreaded "Is this the day I am going to die?" fear. I have been popping more Xanax than usual just trying to feel somewhat normal. We did move to a new house this past week and my 13 year old daughter was in the hospital with a respiratory infection in urgent care. I can't even tell you about the panic attack I had at the hospital. I do not know if all of this is just left over results of the weeks stress or what. Like all of you said, I just want my life back!!!!! I just sit here and keep saying "get up, do something do not think about it and change your thinking" but it is like those fear of panic are so darn strong they just break through. sniff. sniff.
