Hi, I was amazed when I read this post. I thought I was the only one who got this. I freak out when I'm driving especially on the motorway. Either the light will be too bright and I have to put on sunglasses (even if its not sunny)or when its twilight, or suddenly goes cloudy, I feel like I might black out or have a panic attack. My eyes feel sore and dry and my whole body tenses up. Sometimes I have to pull over before I can continue my jouney. It is really affecting my life, as I get nervous about driving anywhere now.

Hello all. I just had a question for anyone that might be able to relate. I find I get alot of panic attacks when there is sudden light changes. If it's a particularly sunny day, I almost always feel spaced out and on edge. If I'm driving and it suddenly changes from cloudy to sunny, I'll usually get extremely dis-oriented and have a panic attack. Does anyone else get this? It's frustrating to me. It seems like the change of seasons really makes things worse for me. I don't know if it's just psychological, or if it's a real "Physical" type reaction. Thanks for any replies you can give me.
