understanding sensations

Hi everyone, hope you are all well,i seem to have gotten over the panic attacks but i still have these horrible sensations all over me like leg cramping, fuzzy heads and thoughts and feelings of doom. i do breathing excersizes and do relaxation but these sensations seem to bother me more.I am currently on 20mgs of citalopram, which i dont think i am having any side effects from. So what more can i do. PLEASE HELP. :confuse:
