stomach problems

Want, I think you need to discuss these symptoms with your doctor. If you really have pain all the time, then there could be something you are missing and a symptom of something else. Don't worry, discuss with your doctor and you will feel better knowing that there will be an explanation for your pain. Hope this helps, Josie

I often feel like my stomach rules my life. All my fears are based around how I feel and what effect that will have on my panic symptoms. I get upset stomachs almost daily. I have a fear of being alone. The reason I fear being alone is that I'm afraid I'm going to get sick and there will be no one there to help me. I'm not really sure what having someone there does, but it comforts me. I have always had this idea that I can't take care of myself and that I'll just go completely crazy if I get sick and can't find anyone around. That's something I struggle with daily. I know how you feel. It seems like panic and physical symptoms feed of eachother. You start to feel sick (maybe for a good reason like something you ate) and then it becomes a full fledged panic attack which just exagerates the symptoms even more. I'm not really sure what the answer is there. Maybe someone else has some ideas. But, I can definitely sympathize with you. Good luck and I hope you have a "happy" stomach today. Katie :)
