Hi my name is bern, im 32 and have suffered with panic and anxiety for the last year. i have been to the lowest point and have gradually found the way to live with the anxiety and panic. its a long hard battle but it can be done. in many ways ive encountered help, its easy to put ito words but not actions. i remember this site because it gave me the foundation to move on and the tools to help me, and point me in the right direction. understanding your panic and triggers and others replying and understanding me was a great help, intally i thought i was going mad. re: unreality, fear of dying, fear of going out for 3 months, constant sweating for months, high pulse rates, feeling negative about everything, losing it, parnoid etc.... i found it a long battle and in time with putting postive things in ur life and facing the fear head on ( which is not easy as we all know) we can improve slowly. since last year, i improved my life re : went back to college, received lots of support through friends, family and the church, remotivated myself to acheive things i always wanted to do, dont drink anymore, learned to take time for myself and do various relaxation techniques, i read alot, etc etc.. just wanted to write and put something back into the site and give hope, that panic does not have to be for life.Text
