Throat discomfort

hi, I dont get throat discomfort but I get a tight chest. Yes I would recommend trying xanax, it really makes me feel better, calmer. Believe it or not I only take a half of a pill (.05 mg ) and it helps me. I know everyone is different, make sure you talk to your doctor about medicines and which ones are right for you if any.

Hi there, I was diagnosed with panic disorder about 4 months ago. At the moment, my main symptom is throat discomfort. My throat gets very uncomfortable and painful when I breathe. It feels very tight around the top and it aches all the way down to the bottom of my ribs. Does anyone else suffer from this symptom? Does anyone have any tips for dealing with it? It makes the breathing exercises really difficult. Thanks.
