having a bad panic attack

Hi Ann, well I've just read your post. It's now a few days later. Your panic attack has no doubt finished though. That's cause they are harmlous. The more panic attacks you get over the more experienced your brain is getting at realising that these attacks are harmlous. In the future you will gain more confidence and slowly begin to realise that they amount to nothing. Panic attacks can be very frightening, trust me I know. But later in time you begin to see them for what they really are. Everything will be o.k for you Ann!!

Please can someone help. I am having a really bad panic attack at the moment. I have felt like this for the last hour. I feel dizzy, sick, heart is pounding, shaking, very very tired, neck muscles tense, cant breathe. I feel like I am going to die at any moment. I have to go a pick my daughter up from school in 15minutes time and I am so scared.
