so tired of panic attacks

Want to be free, sorry that you are having a rough time at the moment. We all seem to go through this. I went 8 years without a panic attack after having them from the age of 13 years and I am now 53 years old! I had one whole week of not having one and bang, the other night for no reason I had a nocturnal panic attack with a bad spacy feeling that lasted well into the night. I also get dreadful stomach pains which add to my panic. So I do sympathise with you. Don't give up though, it will pass and there will be a time of serenity ahead, panic attacks don't last forever :) Keep in touch and keep strong, I call my panic attacks my 'black gremlin side' ;)
why after so many years of them going away did i start having them again?
I wish I knew the answer to that one. This happened to me as well. After several years without any (well very few) problems all of a sudden BAM! I know they will pass and so will yours, but the waiting is really not any fun. Here's to hoping yours go away soon. Mike
