stomach and panic attacks

My panic attacks go straight to my gut, too. And the SSRI makes me nauseous and gives me diarrhea every morning. I hate tight things on my waist, too, when I feel that way. If I do have an attack, I get nausea and diarrhea right away. I'm told panic affects different people in different ways and it will target where you're weakest. In my case, my stomach. Hang in there!
