I had that problem when I took Paxil, and I took it around 7:30 each morning.

Hi rosy I take zoloft but I don't have any sleeping problems with taking it. Actually it makes me sleep better so my doctor told me to take it before i go to bed everynight which i usually take it around 11 pm. Maybe you should take it in the morning so it won't cause you any problems at night. Hope this helps! Take care shanna

Does anyone have trouble sleeping while taking Zoloft? Any recommendations on the time of day to take it?
