scary thoughts

22 years ago 0 5 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I have been in CBT now for 6weeks. I have learned to control the actual symptoms of an attack and i really haven't had any fullblown attacks lately, but now i can't get rid of these scary thoughts. My father is bi-polar but he is regulated and does fine. I sometimes have the fear that i will end up bi-polar or schizophrenic or some bad mental illnesss sometimes as a direct results of my thoughts driving me crazy can anyone relate? I don't know what i'd rather deal with the attacks or the lingering anxiety and thoughts......any advice??????/
