Symptoms

Yes Donna. I too experience severe muscle spasms particularly in my back which extend from the lower to the upper regions. This also causes severe tremor which my MD brushes off to "anxiety" or GAD. I'm a 48 y/o male and I've worked hard all my life. This disorder has been my burden all my life. Sometimes the panic manifests itself in different ways, i.e., driving across bridges. Currurently, I'm on 300 mg Effexor ER, 160 mg Inderal, Klonopin 2mg/day in four doses, and finally, Remeron 15 mg @ bedtime. I didn't mention that I'm a Viet-Nam Era veteran and the VA is doing it's best to placate me. I'm also a medical professional, myself and I want nothing more than to perform my duties to the best of my ability. My job is my life , now. I just want to "feel Normal" without the worry of panic/anxiety/depression. On the possitive, I pray alot. I believe prayer has helped me more than anything to sustain. May you be blessed with recovery, Kurtman Pensacola, FL

I was wondering does anyone else suffer from Muscle Spasms? I get these mainly in my legs, but sometimes in my arms. I also get a spasm of some sort when I'm drifting off to sleep, it's not the same as when your body jumps it's quite weird to explain.
