Hi Ashley and Shari,
Those symptoms sound very familiar. Lately my jaw has been giving me a lot of trouble, my bruxism has been bad. My cheekbones are sore, my face is swollen and I had terrible neck and shoulder pain yesterday. I'm seeing my dentist next Tuesday, I've made the appointment for 4pm as I tend to feel at my best in the afternoon.
I have heard of the S.M.A.R.T goals before, on a few leadership camps I've done with Guides and school. They really help :)
I've been having trouble with my digestive system for the past year, so I eat lots of light, healthy foods. Shari, when I had my anorexia, my dietician told me to eat healthily so I can gain weight because anorexics tend to compensate if they eat something unhealthy by exercising more, or eating less later. Before I started seeing her, I never realised I did this, so for years we were trying "fattening" foods and weren't getting anywhere.
The four areas you mentioned sound right Shari. For different people they mean different things, but for all of us, if we're lacking in one of those general areas, we won't be balanced. Even as an atheist, spirituality still has meaning for me. I love the Buddhist philosophy, and believe in Darwin's theory of evolution. It's not so much I don't have any spiritual beliefs, but more of a compilation of various things that have meaning to me, and I can apply through my own experiences.
Kaitie.
