Recognizing the Types of Anxious Thoughts

14 years ago 0 619 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I have been challenging my anxious thoughts with the challenge worksheet provided on this program. One of the things that one must do is to recognize the types of anxious thoughts:
1. Jumping to conclusions
2. Catastrophizing
3. Fear goggles
4. All-or-none thinking

I am finding an enormous difficulty in recognizing the type of anxious thoughts that I have. For example, today I worked through a challenge worksheet and I thought that all the 4 types of thoughts were present. Could this be true? Or is my thought process so distorced that I do not recognize the type of thoughts?
