Davit will probably be able to give you the best answer on this (he is a wealth of knowledge), I think it is when you fear a certain situation based on attacks you have had in the past in the same or a similar situation, you anticipate that you will have one again and start to feel the symptoms based on that belief.
As I said Davit will know for sure, hope you start feeling ok soon, the symptoms can be pretty scarey I know

What is " ANTICIPATORY ATTACKS" ???? Does anyone know what this is? An is there Tips in the toolbox on here to help? Could this be the reason I fear the physical symptoms of Anxiety, Such has a pounding Heart Rate each day? I fear it each day i wake up. Thanks, Josh
