Has anyone tried a live CBT group?

14 years ago 0 659 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I am thinking about looking for a live CBT group...If anyone here is or has been in a live CBT group I would interested in hearing all about it. Did the live group help you more than a online group? How was it different from a online group?  How did you find a live support group? What do they do in the group?  Do they hand out self help sheet etc.
Any information you can share with me about your experience would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks in advance,
Red.
