Dear Sirius... I am so very sorry for your loss. What a terrible tragedy. "Feeling lost" conveys so much of your pain... yet you were able to find your way here to let us know what happened. That seems a really healthy response. I hope you will continue to come and use the support that is here for you. You don't have to do this all alone. There will be many people from your life coming together to share in grieving, as well as celebrating, your father's life. When you feel up to it, perhaps you could share with us what made him so special to you. Not all daughter's can say they adored their father. He was blessed to have one that can. Will be thinking of you in the weeks to come, whether you are able to post or not... in the meantime, I offer gentle cyber hugs (if that is ok). Take care.

OMG I am so so sorry to hear about your dad, this is so sad and for you to hear this awful news just as you came out of surgery i just really feel for you right now, I am glad you are ok and they did not find anything with your heart, if you need to talk i am here for you sending love and prayers your way
I went to my surgery today. Everything went well, I didn't panic at all. They didn't find anything to fix but did record all of the flutters and decided it would be good for me to take a beta blocker.
While I was in recovery, my husband came in, grabbed my hand and told me my dad had a massive heart attack in the waiting room and died.
