Headaches and Anxiety

Tylenol doesn't really do much for me, what some times works is Tiger Balm or White Flower rubbed into my temples to open the blood flow and a hot pack on my neck to get rid of the tension.
How did you feel after you wrote your panic attack? Mine now are gone about half way through.

I have seen alot of people post and write during a panic attack so I thought that I might try it. i haven't really had an attack this bad in a while. Most of my anxiety comes in the evenings anyway and add a headache to that I guess I've got a panic attack. Here I am with the heart that is reverberating thru my ears and the de-realization and the light-headedness, tingling in my arms and keeping my phone close in case I need help. It's funny because I remember what someone else posted about catching on to your geelings and realizing possible triggers. I realize now that I was sitting there thinking about having a panic attack and my head exploding and passing out from my headache. I was literally scaring myself and probably making my head pound harder. I am still a little..... ok alot worried about taking tylenol ( i have a phobia of meds)  but I forced myself to get out of bed and sit at the computer and write.  10 min later The symptoms are easing up a bit and I the pounding isn't so loud in my ears anymore. I also realized while I am sitting here that I am tensing my jaw, shoulders, arms and neck. My doctor said to be on the lookout for that as it can make panic symptoms worse. It it so complicated dealing with this sometimes. Thanks for listening and hearing me out thru this one.
