HI all, I finally have my permanent crown. I made the appointment for earlier, and got it over with. My neighbour gave me a ride, as it looked like rain, they took the one crown out and put the new one in. I paid for the whole thing, scheduled a cleaning, then left. So that is done, a big experience finished, thank goodness. I can actually eat normally again, hot and cold, so its great:)

Just keep thinking of that finishing line.

I was at the dentist yesterday to get an extraction and was surprised at just how well I did. The hardest part for me was actually walking through the door. The rest of it is inevitable after that and I just resigned myself to it.

hi gang, i'm going to the dentist on thursday for the permanent crown, I actually want to go and get my one in. I"m going to bike there as my friend has gone to south africa for two weeks, the one that drove me the last time, so i'm going to bike there and bike home. ITs quicker than the bus, its a straight shot on the bike, and the bus winds through the whole neighbourhood, and is only every hour.!!! grrr..
