Hi, new here. I have extreme anxiety and panic attacks. I use to just have problems when I went outside of my home but now its to the point where i cant sleep, my mind just wont quit racing, feeling like I cant breathe, hands sweating, face always red, and legs that feel like jello. I am only 26 years old and have a long life ahead of me. I am looking forward to being about to love life instead of dreading everyday because of worrying about everything. I guess taking it one day at a time is all we can all do, but in the mean time I will force myself to think positive and go outside of my home, whether I have to sit in my car for 30 minutes because of the fear stopping me from going into any store(believe me its already happened to me plenty of times) or just sit in my car in my driveway. Looking forward to everyones thoughts and cant wait to hear from everyone
