dizzy spell...help

Hi Mya, I am sorry to hear you are having a rough day. First I wanted to say I too have dizzy spells. Also, I want to say that I agree that if you find this too worrisome you should talk to your doctor. But I also wanted to tell you that when I am too anxious or panicky, I sometimes feel like I can't keep my6 thoughts in order or talk straight. It's like my mind is so busy being anxious it stops working right. It's a very scary feeling. But It passes and then I am fine. I just wanted to say hang in there, it does get better! This too shall pass!!! -Diva

thanks for the replies..they really help..today i have been obsessing about the dizzy feeling I get sometimes...i already told my doctor about this and he thinks it is anxiety related...even if it is something else without any other symptoms it is rarely serious...thanks alot again..will get through this!! :)

Hi Mya I get dizzy spells..and they can be very offsetting... I even get ones that feel as though the bottom just dropped out of my world.. lol.. like on a ride... and my equilibrium is all wacky... But they are very short lived and once I regain my "footing" it's gone... Theres nothing wrong with me and I think people experience dizzy spells all the time for one reason or another. Blood pressure changes, moving to quickly..etc. Most times dizzy spells are harmless and nothing to be concerned about. If they are worrisome though ask your Doc..but I've definately experienced what your describing. We're ok... :)

I went to my doctors a few days ago for a follow up on my anxiety...during that time I told him of all my fears of having certain illnesses...he gave me a complete exam along with a neurological one...what gets me is that I feel dizzy sometimes...like today I was by the phone checking my messages and then i felt dizzy off balance for a quick second....my anxiety was already high before then but it freaked me out... my anxiety is horrible in the morning...5 minutes after im up i am shaky and nervous...does anyone get dizzy spells???
