Hello Florence, Boy can I ever relate. Having an attack really does blow. But hang in there. Remember, this too shall pass. A panic attack is really really a bad feeling but it will not harm you and you will be ok. It does get better and easier I assure you. I also wanted to tell you that I beleive that you are smart and strong. You can do this :) Anyway, I hope you feel better by now. My thoughts are with you. -Diva
