To use the IM, you must first download it. To do so, follow these steps:
* Log into the Panic Center
* Go to view support groups on the left side of the screen
* Above the forums, you'll see a yellow launch icon, click it.
* Go to contacts and search for the members you would like to add to your buddy list and add them.
* Start chatting.
If you require further assistance, contact us via the feedback section. (Click on the FEEDBACK icon on the bottom of any PC webpage.)

Hi, I'm new here. How do you log on to the CBT buddies?
I feel very alone and isolated with this disorder because I literally have no one to talk to. So, CBT buddies sounds like something that would benefit me greatly.
You know Angel, I was thinking the same thing. I log on and there is never anyone logged on. I had an idea of putting together some sort of group that would log on at a specific time and day.
Kitty,
You can contact us through feedback if you are having problems :) We are not able to share personal information, such as e-mail address' and real names. You can however share this information via the CBT buddies.
Keep Strong,
Josie

Angel,
Unfortunately due to policies and procedures we are unable to list our e-mail address' within the site.
Make sure you update your buddy list so you will have a better chance of contacting others. You may also want to have it on when you are on the site as well.
Josie

Hi everyone! I'm find the cbt buddies pointless because nobody is everrrrrrr online. I sign on almost everyday but nobody is there...so i just give up.
I think we need a new form of cbt buddies. There needs to be a better system so that everyone can chat with eachother! Any ideas?
Or better yet, who here has cbt buddies? Maybe you are on my list but you dont' have it. :confuse:
