Tingly Fingers

Jo, Take the time to take the anxiety test and bring a copy to your doctor. This will help pinpoint areas that you need to challenge and may help better assess the situation. Talk to your doctor regarding the fingers and make sure you give him the test as well. Keep Strong, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

I do not feel anixous at all but for the past couple of days I have had really tingly hands especially the tips of my fingers and as my dad has had a couple of strokes I am worried it could be a sign, keep thinking I gonna get pins and needles but just tingles out of the blue, anyone else get this like that.
