Migraine- need reassurance!

18 years ago 0 12 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hello, This past week I have what I believe to be a migraine. It hasn't gone away in days and has been very debilitating. I understand that stress/anxiety can bring these on, but I don't know if it is something worse. I've had stress induced headaches for much of my life, but I have never had something like this or felt as much pain as I do- not to mention I've never had it for 5 days. Of course this is making my anxiety/panic skyrocket. I am very scared. Is it normal to have extremely painful migraines with panic? If this is just a normal syptom I'd feel alot better, but this just sesems so much worse then anything I've ever felt before. Thanks so much for reading this. :(
