Toni and Betty, Welcome to The Panic Center. We thank you for sharing your stories with us today. This support group is full of supportive individuals who may be able to help you answer some questions regarding panic and anxiety. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. This can better help assess the situation. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. Take care and we hope to hear from you soon. Hi Toni,I also just joined today.I have lived with panic for sixteen years and know exactly how you feel.It is so isolating and some days I can barely manage to walk my dogs.It is scarey to begin telling someone about how this feels and today is my worst for a while.Knowing that I'm not the only one is such a relief.

Hi, I have had panic attacks for about three years (not sure when they started actually!). I cannot go to movies, I will not go out for meals - if I do it is a MAJOR. I always think I am dying or I am just plain scared, I seem to get every symptom. My Husband is very supportive - but he just can't understand & I know he gets very frustrated with me. I have just joined today & I actually feel like crying because someone might actually understand & doesn't mind hearing about it - it was getting pretty lonely! I think I might get through this!! Become myself again.
