Hi, I truly appreciate this tool because I have been drinking way too much for quite some time on a daily basis. For the past 2 years, I've been going through a break-up and my ex finally moved out of the home we still own jointly on December 7. I found alcohol to be effective in managing the emotional pain and fears of what I was going through but then I realized I was drinking a bottle of wine every night. It's not easy to give up this crutch but today I've decided not to buy any more wine and not to drink. Eleven more hours to get through until bedtime. I'm determined!
