Wow Kya, that's positive yet scary at the same time. What a sober (no own intended) reminder of how we need to take this problem seriously. One I can positively say is that you will feel WAY better about so many other things in your life, including your liver by staying sober for 6 weeks. I've going on 7 months and  feel like a different person meanly and physically. Please do the same. You'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. One thing I have no doubt of and that's how much you will enjoy just looking at that beautiful countryside that surrounds you when the weather gets nicer.

Still early days for me but 1 week in and my blood tests results came in the damage to my liver is minimal if I can stay sober for 6 more weeks and retest the liver should have done enough to repair it's self for a normal result.
I've been so lucky and this is a further incentive to carry on.
