Digestive cookies are yummy too. 3 of them only 160 calories. Almonds and non-salted peanuts are good too.

Yum! The yogurt sounds so good! I will have to try that.  I never heard of pickled beets though sounds interesting.

¼ cup plain greek yogurt with a couple tbsp. granola and a drizzle of maple syrup
raw almonds 
beet pickles

my blood sugar is sooooo out of whack from the years of alcoholism, I need to snack regularly.  protein really helps.  My cravings REALLY affect me in the late afternoon, pre-dinner hours.  I have to have a healthy snack and a healthy carbonated effervescent drink to get me through that time.

My girls and I are obsessed with air popped popcorn, I like mine with just salt, but they like to have the kettle corn or nacho popcorn seasoning on theirs.  I like to eat fat-free vanilla pudding with a banana chopped in it. And #3 is a celery stick with laughing cow cheese spread inside, yummy!!
