Hi Whipple! Congrats on your first day! Today is day number two for me and I'm already fighting the cravings! This time of the day for me is a big trigger. I get home from work, start preparing dinner and I start thinking about my first glass of wine. Today I'm just trying to remind myself that I don't want to be hungover tomorrow. It'll be Saturday  and I want to do something with my kids and not lay in bed all day! Wishing you the best Whipple!

I have been reading the information available here thank you.        I hope to avoid cravings by reminding myself of the damage I am doing to myself and my family.

Welcome Whipple!

Congratulations on Day 1.  How is it going so far?

You have come to the right place. We can help you through this.  The support group is a great resource but the program is often overlooked. Be sure to read through the program; it will help you prepare.  Preparation is key to success. How have you or how will you be preparing for cravings?
