Travel Kit!

Fortunately I have a really big purse. LOL.   I always have in it, something inspirational to read - could be a book on mindfullness, or a book of meditations.   My pocket "Big Book" it's just the first 164 pages, in really tiny print, but I can read it.   Phone numbers of my sober friends.   If I'm going somewhere overnight, or where I know I'm going to have to wait, I always take my knitting with me, as it gives me something to focus on, and keeps me distracted and keeps my mind off drinking.   I knit 1 1/2 pairs of mitts while I was out at my brothers.   A notebook and pen to jot down any ideas that come to me that I might want to use later in my blog.    See I told you I have a big purse.

I REALLY like this idea!  I hope some people post some of their "Travel Kits" and / or some suggestions!
