Way to go, Patsyelle! Since I stopped my bad routine, it does seem like I have much more time on my hands...and thinking what on earth to do to keep busy and distract myself from cravings. Taking time to think about and plan strategies to keep busy has really worked for me - with consideration to both old favorite activities and new ones...and also gives me incentive for (re)creating the life I wish for. :-) Keep it up!
