I am sorry you are feeling this way. Feeling worthless is a very common symptom of depression. I cannot diagnose you online, obviously, but if you feel depressed it might be helpful to talk to your doctor.

Please know, everyone would not be better off without you, your mind is playing tricks on you. I am so glad you posted here. You do not have to deal with these feelings alone. There are many things you can do right now. You can post more about your feelings here whenever you feel comfortable. Do you have an idea what triggered these feelings? Have you felt this way before?

You can also begin the program. The Depression course is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) which is the gold standard treatment for depression. Take your time with the program, completing the homework, and you should start to notice a difference soon.

As a side, if you ever need to talk to someone immediately or you feel like harming yourself, please do not deal with it on your own. I am not sure where you are located but if you are located in Canada check out this website and crisis line:

Hi. I care about you.

I have been having similar feelings lately. It's been made really bad with Covid.

One thing I've noticed is that all it takes is one little negative thing in my day to confirm all of my suspicions that I'm a terrible friend, employee, and person.

Anyways, I hope today went a little better.

Hello... I am unsure where to begin or what to say. I am at what feels like an all time low in my mental state... I don’t even know that I want to talk about it? I feel so down and stressed all the time. I feel like I’m a terrible mother, spouse, friend... I feel like everyone would just be better off without me. I cannot seem to pull myself out of this... I just don’t know what to do. :’(
