My friend sent me this quote, "you should always be aware that your head creates your world." *Ken Keyes*
These thoughts we have are not ours -- I keep repeating this and pray that I will still be here in the morning.
I hope this helps.

Hi Sue B,
I am sorry to hear about your day -- please try to take it easy and keep yourself busy, perhaps with your son:-)
I am trying to do that -- did some laundry and now going to make some lunch...
Please take care of yourself and keep us posted.
You will be fine...

hi sotired, Im not doing o bad at the moment but I am planning to come off one of my meds so I will have to face the thoughts again, so glad to have found this site. I am at home alone with my 7 year old son, that is something I dont like is being on my own because that is when the panic sets in, and I start to look out of the window to see if anyone is around and that my neighbours are in, then I feel a bit calmer, I seem to be suffering with monophobia. sue b
Hi Sue B,
Sometimes I have OC thoughts -- they used occur a lot more but since I have been taking Klonopin, it has helped...however, I still have bad days when I cannot do anything because the fear and anxiety overcomes me...
How are you doing?
Take care,
B
