I decided to quit smoking, joined the SSC and have never looked back.  I was one of the very lucky ones, little or no craves, just started cleaning up my lungs and heart and added many more years to my life.  I started walking and getting in shape.  I just had my annual physical yesterday and my doctor told me I was in better shape than when he met me 13 years ago and that he thought I was good for another 20 years of life.  The moral of this story is that quitting the nicotine can only make  your life better and more secure.

 Best wishes to you all
