Going on 4 1/2 days right now. I think what's helping me most is to keep busy & not think about the quit. Every now and then a craving will come and I immediately start my deep breathing. Before I know it the cravings gone. I've also been drinking lots of water. Every now & then I get really excited about the idea of being a non smoker again & when my negative self talk starts, I just think about the positive feelings I have to look forward to. Quit Meter
