For the people new to quiting let me say that I have not smoked in nearly 11 months. I do not have the urge or desire to smoke. You can do this and you can do this forever. Yes ,you will think about cigarettes now and then for the rest of your life but consider this : if you don't quit you will think about cigarettes every twenty minutes, rain or shine, everyday for the rest of your life. Which do you think is easier?
