Mr Ed, I so much looked forward to every Wednesday when I would see my name in lights. I owe my quit to you. One week at a time I saw my numbers increase, the number of days I was smoke free. I told everybody on this site to get added to your list so they could see their "name in lights" each week. Kaiser and I would fight to see who would post first once we saw Wednesday's list since we both quit on Wednesday. No matter where I was, or what I was doing, your post, whether daily or weekly, let me know that I was doing something good!
I'm so happy to see you reach 6 smoke free years! That's six smoke free trips around the sun. Six wonderful years of being grumpy but not because of cigarettes! Knowing the cost of smokes in England, that like 1 million GBP not spent on cigarettes!
Here's to the next 6 smoke free years! Hopefully we can meet up later this year and toast in person! Cheers Mate! Celebrate with a wonderful reward!
Congratulations, Mr. Ed, on your 6th anniversary! You have done so much for us all at SSC, and I want you to know that it hasn't gone unappreciated. Congrats again, Mr. Ed, hope you remember a great reward for all your hard work.
No secret that there is a site on Facebook called "Friends of the SSC" Look for Wilber Post and you will find MR ED. So congrats Mr Ed your work here was a real treat for everyone. Hope you and Mrs ED are well and doing good. Thanks Pen for starting this thread.
